SUNDAY FUN FAIR!!!!

Sunday :  After late breakfast, we get ready for church 11:30 am at St. Anthony Catholic Church. We went home after and decided to have pizza for lunch at Round Table and we had Maui Zaui Pizza. Then My Sir's cousin, Viven called to go to have fun at St. Jude Catholic Church  fundraising Fair event. So we did. 

We went straight to the bigger kids ride.......This is the first ride  we went to. It was $20 for 20 tickets or $25 for unlimited ride for one person. My Sir bought 20 tickets at first. My daughter and best friend took this ride for 4 tickets each.

      Then we went to the adjacent ride, Viper for 4 tickets each as well. My daughter, best friend, and I took the ride. Best friend was so dizzy on that ride that he refused to go to any ride even baby rides to accompany Ondoy Mickie. 

       My Sir bought more tickets but only my daughter wanted to go. My Sir and daughter went to other rides to use up the tickets even to younger kids rides.

         Had fun on this game for a dollar per play........unfortunately nobody won in this game. 

           It was hot that day, that after this game we went to Viven's house to have some Magnolia Ube ice cream.
           By 8:30pm , My Sir and best friend drove back to Anaheim.

Best Friends Weekend Fun!!!!!

        For six long months of looking for work........I found a job north from where we live. I was accepted there and decided to move up north to Modesto, Ca. with the expense of moving my daughter from the elementary school she went to from 1st grade to the 5th grade. It is hard for her to change school.
        Last weekend, we invited her best friend to come to Modesto with my Sir who still work in Downey, La., since he has not found an available work transfer up north. My Sir travels 5 to 6 hours every Friday night and drive back every Sunday night. It is a big sacrifice for my dear Sir and my daughter because of me.
        Anyway, I love to see my daughter happy face lift up when she saw her best friend come out of the car with my Sir. They had a wonderful time. Here are the photos my daughter took to prove it!!!!!

Jamming bring a life of a party. That's so true in my family. My brother, Noel plays the piano, guitar and drums; sis Charmaine, plays the pian;, niece Nicole plays wind instrument and little of piano and guitar;niece Yna, plays piano, violin,and ukelele; bro Jay play the drums ;and of course vocals has a special part of it all, sis Lilian, sis Marj and I like to sing.

That is also very true to my husband family.......it is not a party if  their is no jammin' !!!!

        So many stories on how hard working an ant is and how as a group work together to gather food for the rainy days. Stories like the ANT and the GRASSHOPPER., the cartoon movie The ANTS....etc. Ants carry load of grain and crumbs and bring it their home.

         But never have I seen an ant carry on their back something  like this..............................
